The weekly prices are inclusive of: water, gas, electricity, Wi-fi, bed linen, towels changed weekly, final cleaning of the house.
And ‘including the use of the heated pool.
The three apartments have a common laundry room.
The booking period is 7 days with arrival on Saturday.

Booking Terms
The confirmation of booking you will have following the payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the stay by bank transfer
In case of cancellation of booking penalty of 70% on the amount of the stay.
